Freu dich, Erd' und Sternenzelt

The choirmaster of the Brunswick Cathedral, Gerd-Peter Münden, not only is a specialist in the field of children's choir direction, but also knows how to write his own compositions and arrangements for children's choir. This shows in the choral settings Freu dich, Erd‘ und Sternenzelt and Es müssen nicht Männer mit Flügeln sein. In his arrangement of the famous Christmas carol Freu dich, Erd‘ und Sternenzelt for melody part, 2nd voice ad libitum, flute and organ, Münden reflects the inherent cheerfulness and joy with musically simple, yet effective means.
